v1.5 - Game Modifiers!

Hey! I know nobody actually reads this, but for my sake, I added game modifiers!

Right now, here are the things you can play with: 

- Autobalance Mode

- Friendly Fire

- No Rolling

- No Ammo Bar

- No Health Bar

- Time Limit

- Game Speed

- Number of Jumps

- Player Gravity

- Player Speed

- Special Charge Speed

- Respawn Time

- Max Health

- Ammo Multiplier

- Fire Rate

I hope to add some more as I think of them!

Aside from game modifiers, I also added a freeze frame effect when a player dies, and a way to select your particular stage within a world.
