v0.771 Fixes

- Parallax background now follows you up on the y-axis

- Shop item information bubble now resizes depending on the size of the name much better

- Shop item information bubble now tells you if you already own the item

- Fixed bug where reloading then hopping into helicopter would make it to where you could no longer shoot

- Added +money text when you spawn into town after a game

- Fixed +money text movement acting weird

- Fixed issue where TownHelicopter would try to spawn in initial players when reaching it's destination after flying off
