Much Needed Bug Fixes

- Fixed where 2nd level was impossible
- Fixed inconsistent power for powered parts
- Increase power of wheels again
- Increase rotater speed
- Remedy a lot of jank where machines go nuts (connections can now break)
- Fixed keybind error if item didn't exist in shop
- Fixed rocket sound not stopping even when key was lifted
- Increase guy's win radius
- Made cat much more resilient to death
- Fixed force being added to rockets while game is paused
- Congrats screen now spawns items on top of screen
- Fixed hinges not actually being hinges (code typo)
